just caught some of the practice for the night racing from SMSP.....I honestly have to say that when Matt did a night race at the old Oran Park,we had better lighting around there than they have now.And those "headlights"...wouldn't even light up a car parking space let alone an apex of a corner.Come on,ARDC and Supercars,if you are going to give us a night race,at least light up the corners properly.Glad that I will be watching the Eels play the Titans when I get back from ANZ stadium after my CareFlight gig is done for the night there.Apparfently Scotty mac was heard to say to one of the interviewers,"I'm glad the qualifying will be done in daylight".
Can anybody see accidents waiting to happen tomorrow night??

Turned out pretty good Fordy (except a Holden won)haha.I'm sure they will be looking at improvements from things learned.All in all a good crowd ,up against the football, and those I know who went out told me it was a great night out.

last time Supercars had a crowd of 30k+,they were complaining about falling crowd numbers.The biggest crowd for the NRL so far this weekend is the Newcastle game with just over 18k attending.
