Chit Chat Sandown '18
The first enduro of the year and it looks as though weather will play a part on Saturday at least.
Friday's weather forecast is perfect, 22 degrees. But Saturday sees 4-10mm of rain forecast with possible hail in the afternoon. The races for the grid are almost certain to be impacted. Sunday will see a cold start, a cool day, maybe a shower in the morning but looks like a dry afternoon for the race. 11 partnerships reuniting, 15 new pairs. How will Bamber go on debut with the Gis? Can TR reproduce last years form at Sandown? Or can things can retro and see Lowndes claim another win?

Re: Chit Chat Sandown '18
888 completely dominated the running of the Sandown 500. No other team was close to their speed. Whincup/Dumbrell led every lap bar 1.
Drivers of note: - Dumbrell was faultless early, built a massive lead over the field - Will Brown was impressive in the second Erebus car - Bamber was able to show the speed in car 97 on debut - Whincup was able to control his lead all race The rest of the field needs to find something significant to challenge the 888 trio at Bathurst.

My hubby is a bit suspicious of 888's sudden turn of speed.....I know Van Giz was complaining on Fri and Sat that the car was not to his liking.
