Chit Chat Adelaide '19
New paint, new clothes and new line-ups for the new year.
The change in suspension will likely be the biggest talking point for the first quarter of the season. The Ford teams will also have to adapt to the Mustang aero. The changes at turns 6 and 7 will likely catch a few out across the weekend. De Pasquale topped first practice with the Tickford cars in the top-10. But don't read much into practice. Can Gis keep his Adelaide streak going? Will the Mustang win on debut? Who'll bite turn 8?

A dominant performance across the weekend by McLaughlin. No other driver threatened him.
The Red Bulls were strong, a good performance from BJR on Sunday. Tickford competitive, but a little error prone. Maybe the Mustang aero has lifted Tickford's game... Maybe.

Re: Chit Chat Adelaide '19
It was a case of what could have been for many of the runners at Adelaide.
Coulthard was fast but had bad luck Waters showed his cards on Sunday after cool suit failure on Saturday Red Bull was always there on both days - maybe the springs won't effect them as much as they're making out Davison showed a cool head brings good results Hazelwood showed a good qualifying place can mean a good result One of the few people that got it right across the weekend now enjoys a 42 point lead after the 1st round. The other person that had an awesome weekend was Todd Hazelwood. I sincerely hope the team can back up that pace in Melbourne. |

Winterbottoms run was impressive also and for all the innuendo from 888 re the Mustangs, they now lead the Teams Championship after one round.
