4 races across the weekend at Albert Park, 2 races with 100 points up for grabs, 2 races with 50 points up for grabs.
The Mustangs are dominating so far. Or is it just the Mustang teams...? McLaughlin has won the first race of the weekend at Albert Park, comfortably leading the whole race. Mostert's drive from 22nd to 5th was the standout for the race. He should challenge McLaughlin across the next 3 races with good grid positions. And in the F1, will it be a Ferrari or Mercedes? I'm tipping Vettel to win.

I'm just wondering (and so is Matt)...how the heck do you have a coming together during the warm up lap? It just boggles the mind,I have never seen that happen at any race meet I have attended, either as a spectator or part of the competitors team.Talk about amateur hour.....

It was incredible to see the big contact between McLaughlin and Waters on the out lap prior to the race. Stewards have decided no penalties on the contact.
Mostert is driving well. Aggressive passes to capitalise on his good car speed. Stanaway has been disqualified from race 5, stewards deciding his driving was reckless and dangerous on Lee Holdsworth. http://www.v8dailydump.com.au/news/15190/Supercars-summary-of-penalties--Australian-Grand-Prix---update-3.html Should be a good battle between McLaughlin and Mostert in todays short race.
